Flames at Marina Contained by Antioch, IL, Firefighters

Several trailers were destroyed during the incident at Dolphin Harbor Marina in Antioch.

Antioch firefighters managed to keep an encroaching fire away from houses on Dolphin Harbor Marina on Monday afternoon.

Had the wind beenn blowing from the opposite direction, there would have been more widespread damage, Antioch's fire chief told abc7.

The fire that involved several trailers and brush burned for several hours before firefighters got the upper hand.

The cause is under investigation.
